PRIVATE HIRE:

Available for private hire 7 days a week.

Our venue boasts two event space, perfect for any get-together, complete with a private bar area and Food & Drink packages for every occasion. 

We offer a ton of quirky character and an equally elegant interior, the ideal canvas for you to create an unforgettable event. 

 The Parlour: 40 - 100 guests 

Located on the first floor with exposed brick, plush seating, and cosy snug area - perfect for all gatherings.

The Parlour has a capacity of up to 75 guests, and comes with an area for your food, seating for approx. 34 guests including the Snug area, and use of the main bar. 
 
Deposit / Hire Room
Private Hire:
  • 40–100 guests
A £200 deposit is required to secure your booking:
  • £100 room hire fee
  • £100 credited towards your chosen food options
If you do not require a food option, the full £200 will act as the room hire fee. 
 

The Roof Terrace: 15 - 40 guests

Newcastle's best hidden gem - enjoy our rooftop terrace with retractable roof, touch heaters and private bar area.

The Roof terrace has a capacity of up to 35 guests, and comes with an area for your food, seating for approx. 20 guests including the Snug area, and use of the main bar.

Deposit / Hire Room

Shared Booking:
  • 15- 20 guests
  • £10 per person non-refundable to secure the tables
  • Fully deductible from your bill on the day against drinks.
Private Hire:
  • 20–45 guests
A £200 deposit is required to secure your booking:
  • £100 room hire fee
  • £100 credited towards your chosen food options
If you do not require a food option, the full £200 will act as the room hire fee.

Food/Drinks:

2-5 guests: £5pp non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

6 -12 guests: a £5ppnon-refundable deposit and a pre order required. Pre order depending on date and time of booking.

Deposits will be deducted from the end bill.

Bottomless Brunch bookings:

6-12 guests:

Prosecco: £36pp 

Prosecco/Cocktails/Bottled Beer: £38pp

13 – 30 guests:

Prosecco/Pizza only: £36pp

For groups over 7+ the remaining balance will need to be paid before your booking date.

It's Christmas!!
From Friday 21st November – Tuesday 30th December 2025, all private hire bookings will enjoy our Festive Buffet option only.
For our Bottomless Brunch guests, you’ll have the choice of either a classic pizza or our special Festive Platter.

Venue Information/T&Cs: 

Please read our T&Cs before paying any deposits as any deposits are non-refundable.

  • We have a strict dress code from 6pm, no sportswear, football shirts or caps. 
  • WE OPERATE A CHALLENGE 25 POLICY. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 then you will be asked to show identification. This will need to be a physical approved ID document.
  • Under 18’s are only permitted in the venue until 9pm Monday – Thursday and 6pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday, whilst under the supervision of an adult. This rule still applies with private/area hire.
  • We do not take bookings for 18th birthday parties.
  • Areas allocated for bookings are subject to availability and may be moved at any time without notice.)
